Business Analyst - Mid-Level | Tech-Driven Projects | UK (Hybrid)

Location: UK (primarily remote)

Duration: 3 months (to extend)

Rate: £400/day Inside IR35

We're looking for a Mid-Level Business Analyst to join a growing, forward-thinking team delivering innovative solutions across digital and technology programmes. This is a great opportunity for someone with a solid foundation in business analysis who's ready to take ownership of key workstreams and contribute to meaningful change.

You'll work closely with stakeholders across the business to capture requirements, map processes, and support the successful delivery of technology-led initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Gather, document, and analyse business and functional requirements
  • Collaborate with product owners, developers, and project managers
  • Facilitate workshops, stakeholder interviews, and user story development
  • Support the delivery lifecycle from discovery through to implementation
  • Analyse and improve business processes, ensuring alignment with strategic goals
What We're Looking For:
  • 2-4 years' experience in a Business Analyst role
  • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Experience working in Agile or hybrid delivery environments
  • Ability to translate complex requirements into clear, actionable documentation
  • Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar
