Job Title:

Building safety co-ordenator

Working days: Monday to Friday

Working hours: 9am to 5pm

Pay rate: £16.43 an hour

Job type: Remote, one day in the office

Your Role

As our Building Safety Co‑ordinator, you will play a key role in maintaining the highest safety standards. You'll be responsible for:

  • Coordinating safety inspections: organise and oversee safety inspections across our housing properties, ensuring compliance with regulations.
  • Documentation management: maintain accurate records of safety assessments, incidents, and action plans.
  • Communication: liaise with contractors, residents, and regulatory bodies to address safety concerns and promote best practices.
  • Training & awareness: support the development and delivery of safety training for staff and residents.
  • Risk assessment: conduct thorough risk assessments to identify potential hazards and recommend solutions.
Who We're Looking For
  • Experience in building safety: previous experience in building safety or a related field is essential.
  • Attention to detail: a keen eye for detail and a commitment to maintaining high safety standards.
