The BIM Advisor will ensure suppliers have delivered the BIM models to the correct specification, design, and fully comply with legislation and industry standards. They will be responsible for signing off the BIM models, using expert knowledge to challenge where required. Leadership is a critical element of this role, and the post holder will actively prioritise and manage a workload, analyse complex information, and present recommendations to make effective decisions. - Effective leadership to the programme Technical Assurance team, providing clear direction and focus.
- Responsible for quality and technical assurance - ensuring facilities are fit for purpose and comply with the industry standards
