Qualifications

  • Experience in Building Control with strong knowledge of processes and legislation.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and supervise Building Control support officers.
  • Maintain statutory returns and KPIs for compliance.
  • Manage financial administration, including invoicing and purchase orders.
  • Handle complex customer enquiries and service improvements.
