Job summary

An education support organization based in Cambridge is seeking a dedicated professional to assist Deaf learners in various educational settings. The ideal candidate will have a Full Level 3 Certificate in British Sign Language and experience working with Deaf students. Qualifications

• Experience of supporting in FE or an educational establishment.
• Prepared to travel to support students during activities outside of the classroom.
• May involve some evening work on a regular basis and some weekend work on occasions.

Responsibilities

• Support Deaf learners in communication in class and during activities.
• Liaise with teaching staff on course delivery and modifications.
• Provide support for examinations and assessments.

Skills

Experience working with d/Deaf learners

Full Level 3 Certificate in British Sign Language

Strong communication skills

Education

GCSE/level 2 qualification in Math's and English
