Job description

We are recruiting on behalf of our client for a motivated Branch Manager to lead their newly established branch in Nottingham. This is a hands‑on role offering the opportunity to manage the branch, provide expert advice to customers, and ensure smooth day‑to‑day operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Providing guidance on product selection, quoting, and ordering of windows, doors, and related items
• Oversee stock rotation and maintain branch housekeeping
• Load and unload deliveries, and pick customer orders
• Use online systems for quoting; knowledge of Sage Accounting software is advantageous
• Deal with customers face‑to‑face, over the phone, and via email
• Handle cash transactions accurately
• Cover deliveries if required during holidays
• Ensure the branch operates efficiently under the direction of the Branch Manager

Requirements

• Full driving licence
• Experience with Window Designer software
• Experience within the Fenestration industry
• Strong leadership and organisational skills
