The ideal candidate will have Gas & Oil certification and at least 2 years of experience in troubleshooting and technical support for domestic heating systems. Job description

We are looking for a Gas & Oil Certified, customer friendly, reliable Boiler Service Engineer to join this small Plumbing & Heating company, covering West Somerset and neighbouring Devon, providing Boilers, Heat Pumps and Aircon, where you will genuinely be a valued part of the business. You will be experienced and knowledgeable, ideally with F-Gas, from at least 2 years of your career in providing breakdown services, technical support, trouble shooting for domestic customers boilers.

Requirements

• Strong skills in Troubleshooting for identifying and resolving technical problems effectively
• Proven experience in Field Service, including site visits, client support, and addressing technical issues efficiently
• Proficiency in Technical Support to assist customers with system functionality and queries
• Expertise in Maintenance & Repair of heating systems, ensuring high operational standards and compliance with safety regulations
• Excellent Communication skills to liaise with customers and team members professionally
• Valid driving license and flexibility to travel to various locations
• Knowledge of health and safety standards in the heating industry
• Gas and Oil certification a must
• Experience with Heat Pumps, Air Con and F-Gas a definite advantage
