An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Energy Services Manager to lead BMS-focused energy optimisation initiatives across a diverse client portfolio.

In this role, you will act as a trusted advisor, helping clients reduce energy consumption, enhance sustainability performance, and achieve measurable savings through smarter use of their Building Management Systems.

The Role

• Lead the delivery of energy optimisation projects centred around BMS and HVAC systems
• Conduct detailed site surveys and develop energy-saving strategies
• Build strong client relationships and deliver clear, data-driven reports and presentations
• Work collaboratively with internal teams and external partners to deliver measurable outcomes
• Identify opportunities to grow service offerings within existing client accounts
• Champion innovation, renewable energy adoption, and carbon reduction initiatives
