Job summary

A leading logistics company is looking for a Customer Services Associate in Edinburgh. The ideal candidate must be fluent in both English and German, and possess a good working knowledge of Microsoft Suite. The role involves monitoring shipments, developing relationships with customers, and ensuring logistics operations are conducted efficiently. Flexibility in working hours and occasional weekend coverage may be required. This is a permanent position offering 40 hours per week.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English and German is essential.
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Suite, including Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint.
• Excellent problem solving and prioritization skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitor all shipments to ensure timely collection and delivery.
• Develop excellent working relationships with customers.
• Liaise with the UPS network to meet customer requirements.
• Ensure efficient logistics transfer with Marken offices.
• Book and process booking requests in the internal database.
