• Fluent in Spanish and/or Portuguese.

Responsibilities

• Maintain timely collections of cash from customers.
• Manage blocked orders quickly and efficiently.
• Prepare accounts for pre-legal action.
• Support sales in resolving customer disputes.
• Assist with cash and BACS allocation.
• Provide cover for team members when required.
