Bid Manager Health & Social Care Tenders

Location: Home-based
Hours: 37.5 per week

About the Role

As our Bid Manager, you will take a lead role in managing public sector tenders across the health and social care sector. You’ll analyse tender documents, create persuasive responses, and ensure the delivery of highquality submissions that reflect our mission, values, and service excellence.

Working closely with the Head of Bids & Tendering and internal stakeholders, you’ll help drive improvements in our bid processes and contribute directly to our success in securing new business.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Managing endtoend tender submissions, ensuring compliant, engaging and accurately written responses
  • Producing highquality original content and gathering essential information from subject matter experts
  • Completing tender documentation, including online portal submissions
  • Supporting continuous improvement initiatives to strengthen bid quality and win rates
  • Contributing to reporting, knowledge sharing and maintaining the tender information library
  • Collaborating with colleagues across departments to ensure uptodate, accurate and consistent information is included in all submissions
  • Working within structured review processes to deliver on time, every time
