Overview

You must be an amazing fast paced quick thinking clean and tidy bar person to get this job. We are looking for an experienced cocktail bartender for a part time position. Up to 15 to 24 hours per week. You must have at least 1 year of experience. You must be able to make classic cocktails from memory. You will be tested on a number of recipes before you start. Immediate start. Must be fluent in English. Shift pattern is mainly Friday and Saturday nights and some midweek nights. £15.00 to £16.00 per hour depending on experience.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve cocktails, maintain high standards of cleanliness and tidiness behind the bar.
• Make classic cocktails from memory and follow recipe tests prior to starting.
• Work primarily on Friday and Saturday nights, with some midweek nights as required.
• Maintain a fast, accurate service in a busy environment.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience as a bartender/cocktail bartender.
• Fluent in English.
• Able to work part-time, up to 15–24 hours per week.
• Ability to work weekend nights and some midweek nights.
• Reliable and able to work at an event venue environment.
