Bartender – Malmaison Reading
£12.30ph + tronc / 25 hours per week – Permanent position

Responsibilities

• Serve food and drinks promptly and professionally.
• Maintain an orderly bar area.
• Prepare and present cocktails, wine, beer and spirits.
• Ensure high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
• Engage guests in conversation and recommend menu items.
• Operate the POS and manage cash and credit transactions.
• Keep track of inventory and restock as required.
• Follow all health & safety regulations.

Qualifications

• Experience working in a bar setting.
• Knowledge of wine, whisky, craft beers and cocktails.
• Excellent mixology skills.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
