A community support provider in England is seeking a compassionate Support Worker dedicated to providing complex care for clients with severe brain injuries and learning disabilities. The role includes personal care, medication administration, and social support. Previous experience is preferred but training will be provided. A valid UK driving license is essential. Continuity of Care Services is looking for compassionate, dedicated and caring with genuine empathy Support Worker to provide complex care support to our clients living with severe traumatic brain injury, autism, learning disabilities and behaviours that challenge. Our clients are very active and enjoy engaging with the community. They require patient carer who can provide a high level of complex care and to access the community as they love going out to country parks, cinemas, swimming and other social events. Before you begin, you will have the opportunity to meet your clients and their family to ensure you are well- prepared for the role.
