Are you a friendly, organised, and professional individual looking for a rewarding role in healthcare? Spire Western Docks Clinic, Southampton are seeking a dedicated administrator/receptionist to be the welcoming face of their clinic. In this vital role, you will provide excellent customer service to patients, visitors and staff, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience.

Role

You will be the face and voice of Vita Health Group. Acting as an extension of the firm’s brand and core values, the purpose of this role is to welcome patients to the clinic and support them through their treatment, whilst undertaking all administrative tasks in supporting the department.

Responsibilities
  • Take inbound calls from patients, ensuring these are answered within KPIs.
  • Manage and process new private referrals and send reports to 3rd party referrers within strict time frames.
  • Support patients through their treatment by performing administrative tasks to assist the department.
