A leading healthcare provider in Birmingham is seeking a Bank Optical Assistant to support the surgical team during pre- and post-operative consultations and procedures. Responsibilities include using diagnostic imaging machines and assisting during surgeries. Ideal candidates will share our values of safety, integrity, and kindness. This role offers competitive pay at £12.50 per hour and involves assisting with patient care in a community-focused environment.

As a Bank Optical Assistant you will be responsible for supporting the team in pre‑ and post‑operative consultations, using diagnostic imaging machines on patients and providing support in theatres during surgery. You will act as a theatre runner and help the surgical team with equipment and supplies.
