We are looking for a skilled Bank Maintenance Assistant with a passion for making a difference to others. Please note: This role is a cross site role covering Cygnet Kenton and Ealing with potential to expand across other London sites. You will have the chance to pick up flexible shifts Monday - Friday (8am - 4pm or 9am - 5pm).

Overview

Cygnet Lodge Kenton, in North-West London, offers a flexible mental health rehabilitation pathway for women including High-Support Inpatient Rehabilitation (Level 2) and Community Rehabilitation (Level 1). This dual-level rehabilitation model ensures that women receive the support they need while developing independence at their own pace. Women placed with us often come from multiple placement breakdowns, failed treatment programmes or are stepping down from secure settings.

We can support up to 15 women who are ready to step down from short or longer term mental health services. We aim to equip the women in our care with the skills they need to live successfully in the community, therefore reducing the likelihood of requiring future inpatient admissions.

You are...

• Skilled at DIY & general maintenance
• Preferably Level 2 Diploma qualified in Painting & Decorating/Maintenance
• Friendly, conscientious & an excellent team member with a positive attitude
