Job description

We are seeking reliable, proactive, and flexible Bank Facilities Assistants to join our Estates & Facilities team, providing high-quality support across a range of clinical and community healthcare sites. This bank role offers the opportunity to work on an as-needed basis, covering staff absence, seasonal demand, and operational requirements.

As a Bank Facilities Assistant, you will play a vital part in ensuring our buildings remain safe, clean, and well-maintained for patients, staff, and visitors. You may be required to work across any of the following sites:

Hove Poly Clinic

Shoreham Health Centre

Portslade Health Centre

The Quadrant

Conway Court Clinics

Main duties of the job

We are looking for a motivated individual to work as part of the Facilities Team at our sites between Lancing and Brighton to ensure our standards meet the National Specifications for Cleanliness in the NHS. The role involves cleaning departments clinical and non-clinical areas and undertaking various cleaning duties

Previous cleaning experience (particularly in a healthcare environment) would be an advantage, but not essential as full training will be provided.
