Overview

Band 6 Registered Mental Health Nurse - HTT Team in Sheffield. This ongoing locum position offers a dynamic role where you can make a difference. Based at The Longley Centre (S5 7JT), you will work full-time hours from Monday to Sunday, 8 am to 6 pm, across four shifts per week. Pay rates: £26 for days, £34 for nights and Saturdays, and £41 for Sundays and Bank Holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive and compassionate mental health care to individuals in the community engaged with the Home Treatment Team.
• Conduct assessments, devise treatment plans, and deliver therapeutic interventions.
• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic care is provided.
• Maintain detailed and accurate patient records and promote good practices.
• Engage with patients, families, and carers to develop effective support networks and educational resources.

Location and Schedule

The Longley Centre, Sheffield (S5 7JT). Full-time, four shifts per week, 8 am–6 pm, Monday to Sunday.
