A regional healthcare provider in the UK seeks a Band 6 Neurological Speech and Language Therapist to provide a therapy service in outpatient, community, and inpatient settings. The role requires working independently, managing a caseload, and participating in a 6-day working rota. Band 6 Neurological Speech and Language Therapist
To provide a Speech and Language Therapy service to adults in outpatient, community and inpatient settings who have: acquired communication disorders, and/or speech and/or language disorders, and/or eating, drinking and swallowing disorders. To work independently to a specialist level of expertise and be accountable for own professional actions. To work across the inpatient neuro rehabilitation unit and the community stroke team, carrying an independent caseload within each setting. To be part of 6 day working rota on the ESD team, with time off in lieu (TOIL).
