Significant experience in PICU or acute settings, alongside professional registration, is essential. This role offers a salary range of £38,682 to £46,580 a year, pro rata.

We are seeking an enthusiastic individual to work as Band 6 Deputy Ward Managers on the Caffra Suite which is a male PICU ward.
You will need positive interpersonal skills and commitment to work with adults within the field of mental health, and will be joining a hard‑working multi‑disciplinary team dedicated to achieving the best outcomes for Service users and Carers.
For the successful candidates, your line manager will in return provide you with support and supervision and will explore with you options for further development on the ward.
The successful candidates will provide leadership towards the team, and will be heavily involved in quality initiatives, and implementing change that supports the trust strategy and values.
