A leading technology firm in London is seeking an experienced AWS Marketplace Regional Sales Specialist to drive growth through AWS Marketplace. You will work closely with AWS and key ISVs, identifying opportunities and supporting strategic deals. Ideal candidates will have proven experience in cloud sales, a strong understanding of AWS Marketplace, and the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels. We’re looking for a commercially savvy AWS Marketplace Regional Sales Specialist, covering rEMEA, to fuel growth through AWS Marketplace. You’ll play a strategic role in positioning SoftwareOne as the preferred partner for customers and Independent Software Vendors (ISVs), driving revenue and shaping cloud purchasing strategies.
You’ll work closely with AWS, key ISVs, and our internal teams to identify marketplace opportunities, support strategic deals, and ensure SoftwareOne is at the forefront of marketplace-led transformation.
Drive marketplace growth by positioning AWS Marketplace as a strategic route to market for third-party software
Identify and convert opportunities for Consulting Partner Private Offers (CPPOs), helping customers transact via SoftwareOne
Support AWS consumption strategy, ensuring SoftwareOne is included in new and renewing Private Pricing Agreements (PPAs)
Collaborate with AWS and ISVs to build joint go-to-market plans and target shared customers
Enable internal teams, equipping account managers and consultants with the knowledge to sell through the marketplace confidently
Act as a subject matter expert, guiding both customers and internal stakeholders on the benefits of marketplace-led procurement
Proven experience in cloud or software sales, ideally in a consultative, partner-led environment
Strong understanding of AWS Marketplace – including CPPOs, licensing models, and commercial structures
Track record of working with hyperscalers (especially AWS) and/or Independent Software Vendors
Familiarity with cloud commercial models, including AWS consumption frameworks, PPAs, and cloud cost optimisation
Confidence engaging both commercial and technical stakeholders, including C-level executives and solution architects
Strategic, self-driven mindset with the ability to work independently while enabling and influencing others
Previous experience at SoftwareOne is essential, with a deep understanding of our resell and services portfolio
Comfortable using CRM systems (preferably SoftwareOne's), and confident in managing pipeline and reporting metrics
