Responsibilities

As an Aviation Security Officer your mission is to provide a visible and responsive security presence ensuring safety and security across the site. Your daily tasks will include:

• X‑ray screening of合法 cargo baggage and goods
• Conducting searches of people, vehicles and aircraft
• Access control duties at secure site entry points
• Document and ID checks
• Supporting incident response and emergency services
• Escorting VIPs and high‑value cargo
• Operating radios and control‑room systems

Qualifications

What we’re looking for:

• Right to work in the UK, 5‑year checkable history and ability to pass a high‑level security clearance.
• Experience in a similar role (armed services, civil police or aviation industry ideal).
• Clean full UK driving licence.
• Physically fit and colour‑vision test passed (required for X‑ray screening).

• Willingness to undergo and maintain mandatory aviation training (CSO, NASP, NXCT, Firearms Recognition).
