We are seeking a Senior Consultant – Process Mining (Intelligent Automation) to identify, design, and deliver automation solutions that drive efficiency, scalability, and innovation across the business. This role sits within the Intelligent Automation team in our Information Systems & Technology (IS&T) function and supports a wide range of business units globally. You will be at the forefront of our process mining initiatives, working closely with stakeholders to uncover opportunities, define future-state processes, and implement automation solutions using platforms such as Celonis and SAP. As a lead consultant, you will bridge the gap between business needs and technical execution, translating insights into actionable outcomes. You’ll be hands-on in solution development while also guiding teams through the “what, why, and how” of process transformation. We operate as a globally distributed team, and success in this role requires a collaborative mindset, strong self-motivation, and a passion for delivering high-quality, impactful solutions. Key Responsibilities

• Lead the deployment of Celonis and UiPath Process Mining tools across various ERP systems, including SAP, Oracle, and Workday.
• Establish secure and efficient data connections using APIs or other integration methods.
• Conduct data analysis and validation sessions with business teams to ensure data accuracy and process integrity.
• Create comprehensive documentation for process models, data flows, automation logic, and integration points.

Job Knowledge/Education and Qualifications

• Experience in process mining, business process analysis, or intelligent automation, preferably within a global or enterprise environment.
• Proven track record of deploying Celonis Process Mining tools across ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Workday, or similar platforms.
• Experience in data integration and transformation, including working with APIs, SQL, and enterprise data sources.
• Demonstrated success in leading project workstreams, including managing scope, timelines, and stakeholder expectations.
