Sheridan Maine is working with a respected accounting practice to recruit an Audit Supervisor. This is a great opportunity for an ambitious audit professional to take on increased responsibility and develop their career in a supportive and collaborative environment.

The Role

As an Audit Supervisor, you will be a key part of the audit team, assisting with a range of audit assignments and leading on-site elements of engagements. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Executing all aspects of audits efficiently and accurately.
  • Ensuring engagements are completed in line with pre-assignment instructions and professional standards.
  • Mentoring and training junior team members.
  • Acting as a point of contact for clients, delivering excellent service.
  • Identifying and addressing audit issues, while streamlining processes to improve quality and efficiency.
Requirements
  • ACA or ACCA part-qualified (or equivalent).
  • Experience performing assurance tasks within a professional services environment.
  • Proven client-handling experience and ability to deliver high-quality audit work.
  • Analytical review experience is desirable.
