We’re looking for an Associate Structural Engineer to lead the Poole office of a respected multidisciplinary consultancy, with a strong reputation for delivering innovative, sustainable design solutions across the UK. As their Poole office continues to grow, we are seeking an Associate Structural Engineer to join the team. This is an outstanding opportunity to take on a leadership role within a forward-thinking and expanding consultancy.

As an Associate Structural Engineer, you’ll take responsibility for leading projects across a diverse range of sectors, including residential, commercial, and infrastructure. You will be the key point of contact for clients, ensuring projects are delivered to the highest standard. Alongside project delivery, you’ll play a pivotal role in the strategic development of the Poole office, supporting Directors in business development, building client relationships, and mentoring the next generation of engineers within the team. This is a chance to make a lasting impact on both projects and people.
