About You

We’re looking for someone who is:

  • A Corporate Solicitor with 3–5 years’ PQE.
  • Experienced or eager to work on a broad range of corporate law matters, from mergers and acquisitions to general corporate governance and commercial contracts.
  • A team player with excellent client management skills and the ability to build strong relationships.
  • An individual with strong technical abilities, excellent drafting skills, and commercial acumen.
  • Proactive, organised, with a keen eye for detail and a drive to take on new challenges.
