Role

This is a high-profile opportunity for a driven Associate QS with strong commercial experience and exposure to large-scale residential developments (Build to Rent, PBSA, mixed-use).

Responsibilities

• Lead major, multi-million-pound projects across commercial and residential sectors.
• Drive project delivery, client satisfaction, and strategic growth.
• Act as a trusted advisor to blue-chip clients while mentoring and developing the next generation of surveyors.
• Contribute to business development, with clear progression opportunities up to Partner level.

Requirements

• RICS Accredited degree qualification
• MRICS or working towards
• A strong Quantity Surveying background in a UK Consultancy
• Strong UK consultancy background with experience on complex, high-value projects
• Business Development experience is ideal
• Commercial and residential sector expertise, with BtR/PBSA focus highly advantageous
• Business development and client-facing skills desirable
