Overview

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an ambitious Associate Project Manager to join one of the world's leading real estate firms, based in Central London. This role is ideal for a driven Associate Project Manager with strong consultancy experience who is looking to work on high-profile projects for blue-chip clients across the commercial, workplace, and mixed-use sectors.

The Associate Project Manager's role

The Associate Project Manager will be responsible for managing a portfolio of fit-out, refurbishment and development projects for occupiers, landlords, and investors. You'll lead projects from early feasibility and business case preparation through to procurement, contract administration and delivery, ensuring programme, cost and quality objectives are met.

You will work directly with clients, consultants and contractors, often representing global brands and major commercial landlords. The role requires confident stakeholder management, strong commercial awareness and the ability to deliver within a fast-paced, client-driven environment.

Qualifications
  • Degree in a construction or real estate-related discipline (e.g. Project Management, Building Surveying, Quantity Surveying, Architecture)
  • Minimum 5-7 years' project management experience, ideally within a consultancy environment
  • Strong background in delivering commercial fit-out, workplace, or mixed-use schemes
  • Excellent understanding of JCT contract administration
  • Exceptional communication, reporting and leadership skills
  • Chartered or working towards MRICS, MAPM or similar is strongly preferred
