Overview

Lincoln Castle Academy are looking to appoint an Associate Principal to join our academy in January 2026 or later if preferred, on a full time, permanent basis. As Associate Principal, you will work closely with Principals and Executive Principals to provide leadership and strategic direction to any academy within the Trust, as specified by the CEO. You will be responsible for ensuring high-quality teaching and learning, maintaining high standards and expectations for students, staff, and the wider community, developing collaborative links with other academies and schools, and mentoring senior leaders while always modelling outstanding practice. This role is ideal for an aspiring Vice Principal ready to take the next step in their leadership journey.
