A leading financial services firm in Bristol is seeking an Associate Financial Planning Bestinvest Coach & Team Leader. This role involves coaching clients on financial planning, managing a coaching team, and leading training programs for new hires. The ideal candidate should have a Level 4 Diploma (Dip PFS) or equivalent, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build relationships. What will you be doing?
We’re seeking a talented individual to join our team in Bristol. As an Associate Financial Planning Bestinvest Coach & Team Leader, you will be supporting both existing and prospective clients. You will educate clients on key concepts, such as goal setting, account structure, taxation, risk, and investment choices. With your input, clients will feel more empowered to make decisions for themselves to reach their goals. For those clients who feel more than coaching is required or have more highly detailed needs, you’ll identify opportunities to refer into our Evelyn Partners Financial planning and Investment management colleagues.
