A leading healthcare provider in the UK is seeking an Associate Finance Business Support. The role involves providing professional financial support to the Management Accounts Team while promoting effective financial stewardship. Candidates should be a qualified AAT Technician or part qualified accountant, reliable, and flexible. The position offers a blend of home and office work options in Barnstaple or Exeter, along with generous leave and benefits.
Following internal promotion we are looking for an AAT Technician or part qualified accountant to join us in the role of Associate Finance Business Support at the Royal Devon University Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust. This is a pivotal role supporting the Management Accounts Team, ensuring the Trust meets key financial objectives whilst delivering safe and sustainable services to patients. The post holder will work from home 2-3 days a week if they wish, with the remaining 2-3 days based in Barnstaple, Exeter, or a combination of both. An office-based arrangement every day can also be accommodated.
The post holder will deliver professional and timely financial and business support and be fully integrated with core activities within the organisation. The role also contributes to developing a culture of strong financial stewardship and control, promoting economy, efficiency and effectiveness in all aspects of the Trust’s business. This is an excellent opportunity to use and develop skills in a varied and busy environment.
37.5 hours per week. The role offers flexible working options (home-based 2-3 days per week and/or office-based 2-3 days per week in Barnstaple or Exeter).
