Position & Team Overview/Highlights:

Our Global Loan Syndications (GLS) team partners closely with banking teams in London and Dublin to shape, price, and structure complex loan facilities. From underwriting and marketing to distribution and agency management, we’re involved in every stage of the loan lifecycle - across both primary and secondary markets.

As Associate Director, you’ll collaborate with senior bankers on high-impact transactions, cultivate your own network of market peers and buyside accounts, and take ownership of loan agency processes.

Responsibilities
  • Lead the charge in delivering compelling RFP responses to clients and prospects.
  • Provide sharp transaction analysis and strategic opinions to banking and GRM teams.
  • Be the go-to interface for customers, external counsel, and market players as admin/security agent.
  • Build and leverage a powerful market network to source intelligence across primary, secondary, and distressed markets.
  • Advise on loan and trade documentation, ensuring alignment with current market standards.
  • Partner with the Head of GLS on pricing, structuring, marketing, and distribution of syndicated loans - both best efforts and underwritten.
  • Use cutting-edge tools like Syndtrak, Debtdomain, and Loantrak to manage syndication, agency, and trading communications.

  • Excellent networking skills and a proactive approach to relationship-building.
