We are now working with a very successful investment banking firm, who are looking for an Associate to their European consumer team. This team advises retail and consumer companies on M&A activities.

In the position, you will work closely with clients, assisting them with M&A deals. Day to day, this could involve :

• Origination of deals
• Financial modelling and valuation
• Work on due diligence exercises
• Advise clients on financing of deals
• Work on deal negotiation
• Preparation of deal documents
