A market-leading venue management company in Banbury is seeking an Assistant Venue Manager to support the daily operations of the venue. The ideal candidate will have strong customer service skills and prior management experience. The role includes managing staff, ensuring standards are met, and contributing to a positive customer experience. Our clients Assistant Managers are an essential part of the team. Supporting the Manager in the day to day running of a venue you will also be acting venue manager in their absence (such as annual leave) and therefore may also be closely communicating with our area management team to ensure the venue is held to our high and professional standard.
As always we would need you to have excellent customer service skills with a minimum of 3 years customer service experience and a year in a supervisor or management role is also preferred!
We are looking for candidates who are not only passionate about great customer service but are also able to deliver it too as you will be serving customers with pride and integrity. Our staff members need to be outgoing confident and ambitious as you will be approaching customers to discuss our offers and to offer food and beverages. As with any business timekeeping is essential therefore we would expect you to be on time presentable and ready to be a great brand ambassador. As a seven day a week business we do require flexibility to meet the needs of the business across our roles.
Package : Salary : 27500 Bonus
Shift pattern : 5 days across 7 mixed shift patterns
