A respected regional contractor in Bristol is seeking an Assistant Site Manager to support site operations, including subcontractor coordination and health & safety compliance. Candidates should have a minimum of 2 years on-site experience with a general contractor or relevant qualifications. This role also requires good communication skills and offers strong progression opportunities into site management, along with a competitive salary, car allowance, and 25 days holiday.
Your new role Depending on your start date, you will join one of several live or upcoming schemes across Bristol, North Somerset, and South Wales (generally within a 50‑mile radius of Bristol). You will support day‑to‑day site operations including subcontractor coordination, H&S compliance, site inspections, QA, and reporting.
