Vistry Partnerships are seeking an Assistant Site Manager to join the project team on our Market Street development in Bracknell. The role will focus on the internal fit-out of 25 apartments, from 1st fix through to completion, within a reinforced concrete (RC) frame, high-rise residential scheme.
This is a key role supporting the Site Manager in ensuring works are delivered safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards.
Key ResponsibilitiesOversee and coordinate all internal fit-out activities across 25 apartments.
Supervise subcontractors and trades during 1st fix through to final completion.
Monitor progress against programme and report updates to the Site Manager.
Ensure all works meet required quality standards, specifications, and regulations.
Maintain compliance with health & safety (CDM regulations, site inductions, RAMS).
Assist with managing inspections, snagging, and handover processes.
Liaise with suppliers, contractors, and consultants to resolve on-site issues.
Support the Site Manager with site documentation, progress records, and reports.
Proven experience as an Assistant Site Manager (or similar role) on new-build residential projects.
Strong background in internal fit-out works on RC frame, high-rise developments.
Knowledge of UK building regulations, NHBC, and quality assurance processes.
Strong organisational and communication skills.
Ability to lead subcontractors and maintain productivity on site.
Valid SMSTS / SSSTS, CSCS card, and First Aid certification preferred.
Available to start mid-late October 2025.
