We currently have an exciting opportunity for an Assistant Service Manager in Gainsborough, Lincolnshire on a full‑time contract (37.5 hours per week). You will ideally need a full UK driving licence for this role. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone wanting to take the next step in their career and progress their development.

As an Assistant Service Manager, you will report to the Service Manager and support a team of Support Workers to ensure the smooth running of the service.

As an Assistant Service Manager you will
  • Have strong communication skills with the people we support, colleagues and other stakeholders.
  • Be confident to support with leading and managing a team.
  • Be flexible, ensuring there is adequate support across the management team on site.
  • Previous supervisory experience is desirable but not essential.
  • Be IT‑literate.
