Job description

We are actively looking to recruit a full time service manager who will deliver and performance manage the provision of high quality clinical services, manage the day to day running of the services / and office alongside providing robust line management and support where required to the admin team

You will champion the development of services, the delivery of services, the facilities and quality and safety, governance and Risk Management, you will be autonomous and work alongside clinicians improving and striving in terms of service delivery to patients and the quality of the healthcare provided.

You will have worked with and be familiar with the CCG working alongside KPI’s be skilled in planning and executing service improvements you will have excellent communication skills and expertise in managing what can at times be an extremely busy environment.

The ideal candidate will have knowledge of local community healthcare and its challenges, knowledge of NHS policies, audits and auditing systems and tools IT patient records alongside feedback and patient engagement.
