Responsibilities
- Manage online accounts and distribution channels, ensuring accurate content, rate parity, and the timely loading of rates, promotions, and packages across all platforms (including GDS, OTAs and brand portals).
- Develop and execute online marketing initiatives and revenue strategies, using data analysis and forecasting to identify opportunities, drive bookings and maximise overall hotel performance.
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Revenue, Marketing, Events and Reservations teams, providing regular communication on pick-up, availability, market trends, competitor activity and promotional updates.
- Oversee daily operational tasks including inventory checks, reservation accuracy, pace reporting, stop-sales management and system updates through PMS, channel manager and distribution platforms.
- Manage customer engagement tools such as Revinate and Triptease, ensuring content accuracy, rate integrity and optimisation of conversion-driving opportunities.
- Produce weekly and monthly performance reports, support monthly reviews, and contribute to data-driven decision-making within the Revenue Taskforce and wider commercial team.
You will be required to work such hours as are necessary to fulfil their duties and, in any event, not less than hours.
