My client are a growing and very successful Regional Main Contractor who work across the North West, specialising in refurbishment and new build extension projects within the Education, Commercial and Healthcare sectors, working on contracts valued from £500k - £3/4m.
They currently have a vacancy for an Assistant/Intermediate Quantity Surveyor to join them on a permanent basis, working within their Preston offices. This is working on projects within the Public Sector. You will be working on Measured Term Contracts and using Schedule of Rates.
