  • A BPS accredited psychology degree (essential)
  • Training or a further qualification in Educational Psychology (desirable)
  • Training in trauma-informed practice (desirable)
  • Demonstrable experience of working in UK based SEND / SEMH education or similar care or health environment (essential)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, particularly making complex information meaningful
  • Motivation and passion regarding care for children who have experienced trauma
  • A full, UK driving licence, access to your own vehicle and willingness to travel off site
