What are we looking for?

We’re on the hunt for a brand-new Assistant Property Manager to join our Rent Connect family. You\'ll support our existing Property Managers and work closely with our maintenance team to help manage a diverse property portfolio.

Each day will bring something new, and you\'ll have the chance to grow your skills beyond the traditional scope of the role.

What you\’ll be doing
  • Support the Existing Property Manager in overseeing a large portfolio of temporary/emergency accommodation
  • Handle inbound and outbound calls related to maintenance issues
  • Liaise with tenants, landlords, agents, contractors, and internal maintenance staff
  • Help coordinate repairs and ensure quick property turnarounds
  • Create and distribute job sheets for the maintenance team
  • Update the database with jobs and completed works
  • Carry out general administrative duties
Who we\’re looking for
  • No previous property experience required
  • Some background in customer service or office administration preferred
  • Strong communication skills — both written and verbal
  • Quick-thinking, articulate, and confident
  • Organised and great at multitasking
