Job summary

A leading project management firm in Birmingham is looking for an Urgent Contract Assistant Project Manager to support project delivery. The role requires previous experience in the railway industry. You'll assist with managing project plans, liaise with stakeholders, and provide regular progress reports to the Project Manager. This is an initial 6-month contract with 3 days onsite work per week.

Urgent Contract Assistant Project Manager

Birmingham - 3 days onsite

Support the management and delivery of project plans, ensuring all necessary preparation, tasks and dependencies are included.

Supporting the Project Manager and wider team with the delivery of projects to time, cost and quality.

Liaising with stakeholders (internal and external).

Deliver regular progress reports on activities, including relevant risks and issues to the Project Manager, including the provision of evidence to support the programme deliverables.

Collate, format and distribute data to support project requirements, cascading to internal and external parties where appropriate.

Note: Previous railway industry is essential.
