A leading health service provider in Swindon is seeking an Assistant Practitioner to support individuals with learning disabilities. The role involves providing evidence-based care under supervision and developing individualized care plans. Ideal candidates will have a commitment to high-quality care, effective communication skills, and relevant experience. An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Assistant Practitioner, with experience in working with people with a learning disability, to develop their skills in this area by joining our Learning Disability and Autism Service. Due to the nature of this role applicants should have a valid driving licence and access to their own transport.
We are looking for an Assistant Practitioner who is keen to work with people with disabilities Autism who have complex health needs, challenging behavior, and/or mental health needs.
We provide regular supervision and opportunities for continued professional development.
