They are seeking an experienced Assistant Manager / Manager to oversee and enhance their corporate services team. Job Duties
  • Oversee and manage a portfolio of clients, delivering high-quality services and ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with clients, serving as the primary point of contact.
  • Understand clients' needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their objectives.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of corporate services professionals, ensuring effective task allocation and target achievement.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews, providing constructive feedback to enhance team participation.
  • Ensure all services comply with local regulations and internal policies, staying informed of any regulatory changes.
  • Liaise with regulatory bodies to ensure the timely submission of required documentation.
  • Streamline operational processes to improve efficiency and service delivery.
  • Monitor and manage budgets and time recording to meet financial targets.
  • Prepare and present regular reports to senior management on operations.
  • Identify and pursue business growth opportunities within the existing client base and through new clients.
  • Participate in business development initiatives and represent the company at networking events.
  • Assist in developing marketing strategies and promotional activities.
Job Requirements
