You will still be out there on the floor, right at the heart of the action – but you’ll be more than just ‘one of the team’. While the General Manager drives the business, it is you that manages the day‑to‑day running of the business…

You’ll need to take ownership of problems, and you’ll live by a mantra of ‘always doing the right thing’ – sometimes needing to think outside the box.
