Responsibilities

  • Manage AR invoicing and credit control.
  • Handle AP process, coding, and payments.
  • Conduct bank and credit card reconciliations.
  • Control revenue and invoicing, with bi-monthly reporting.
  • Process expenses and payroll in the UK.
  • Perform financial analysis of revenue and costs.
  • Meet month-end reporting deadlines.
  • Produce ad hoc reports as required.
  • Administer employee benefits.

Our client, a fast‑growing global technology platform headquartered in Sweden, is looking to recruit an experienced Assistant Interim Management Accountant within their expanding team in London.

The accountant will be an articulate part‑qualified accountant, with fantastic attention to detail and accuracy. We are looking for enthusiasm, a willingness to learn new skills, and a drive to develop with a growing company.

The successful candidate is likely to have a strong academic and analytical background as well as excellent stakeholder management skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • AR invoicing and credit control.
  • AP process, coding and payments.
  • Bank and credit card reconciliation.
  • Revenue and invoicing control and bi‑monthly reporting.
  • Expenses processing.
  • Payroll processing UK.
  • Financial analysis of revenue/costs.
  • Meeting month end reporting deadlines (day 1, 2 and 3).
  • Ad hoc report production.

Qualifications
