A day in the life of an Assistant Branch Manager at haart Estate Agents in Croydon:

Responsibilities
  • Liaising with prospective tenants and arranging property viewings in line with their needs
  • Negotiating offers and agreeing new tenancies
  • Marketing properties to tenants utilizing various marketing skills
  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with Landlords and Tenants
  • Assisting the teams to successfully achieve KPIs
  • Providing support to your colleagues in your manager’s absence
  • Focusing on generating new and repeat business
  • Canvassing the local area
  • Ensuring properties adhere to health and safety standards
  • Ensuring your colleagues and the business remain risk‑averse and follow the highest compliance standards for all regulatory bodies. Qualifications & Experience
  • Full UK Driving Licence for a manual vehicle
