Job description

The Assistant Headteacher will provide strategic leadership and operational management of personal development and enrichment across the school. The postholder will lead whole-school culture, systems, and provision to ensure all students experience a safe, respectful, inclusive environment and benefit from a rich, ambitious programme of personal growth opportunities beyond the classroom.

They will be a visible, proactive presence throughout the school day, modelling the school's values and securing consistently high standards through staff development, high-quality systems, and strong relationships with students, families, and external partners. As a member of the Senior Leadership Team (SLT), they will contribute to whole-school leadership, strategic decision-making, and the ongoing improvement of the school.
